UK Delivery

All UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail free of charge.

Orders with a value of £34.99 or under will be posted by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery free of charge, please see the link below for information on this postal service.

If your order is £34.99 or under and you would like your delivery to be upgraded to Special Delivery Next Day at a cost of £2.95 per order please use the special delivery upgrade option on checkout.

Orders with a value of £35 and over will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day free of charge.

Carriage to mainland UK is free of charge on condition that we have a full UK address with postcode.
Should you not be at home to sign for your goods when they are delivered, Royal Mail will leave a card detailing alternative delivery instructions. If there are any problems with your delivery please do not hesitate to email us and we will supply the posting reference.   This can be used to track your order and find the location of your goods via the Royal Mail Tracking link at the bottom of this page.
If you wish your goods to be delivered on a specific day, then please indicate this when placing your order.

EU Delivery (Outside of UK)

All EU orders are despatched by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery at a cost of £6.95GBP per item regardless of value.

Carriage to European Union Countries is charged at £6.95GBP sterling per item on condition that we have a full address with post/area code. Please note this £6.95 is an excess postal charge for international tracking and insurance and is not refundable if the shoes are returned.
